Hambright – President Mike’s
10+ years of retail experience and proven track record
of high performance have positioned him well to lead
Movement Wireless and its partners to success. With
several years of executive leadership roles at two
of the largest three Wireless retailers in the U.S.
(including the largest online retailer), Mike’s
knowledge of the Wireless retail industry is profound.
A seasoned executive with a reputation for identifying
unique opportunities and executing upon them, Mike
founded Movement Wireless to provide cell phone customers
a great deal and shopping experience, while at the
same time benefiting a movement or cause that the
customer cares about. Mike
holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin,
a Bachelors degree in Finance from Illinois State
University and multiple Executive Education certifications,
including courses at Harvard Business School, the
University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business
and Babson College’s Executive Retail Strategy
program.
Mike Wooldridge – Web
Design and Development
Mike brings 12 years of experience
in the Web industry as a programmer, designer, and
educator. His clients have included smart startups
and Fortune 500 companies such as Cisco Systems,
Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, and Yahoo. He has written
18 books on image-editing and Web-development software.
In addition to writing and consulting, he does research
on human-computer interaction at UC Berkeley's School
of Information. He holds a Master's degree in Information
Management and Systems and a Bachelor's degree in
Genetics, both from UC Berkeley.
Jim Hamilton - Advisor
Jim’s impressive 30+ year
career is a huge asset to the Movement Wireless
team. As Chief Marketing and Merchandising Officer
of RadioShack, Jim was responsible for leading the
largest Wireless retail business in the U.S., in
addition to the company’s $300 million annual
marketing budget and procurement of all products
that fed the $5 billion, 7,000 store chain. Jim’s
resume also includes significant leadership positions
over several decades including key roles at Computer
City, Circuit City Montgomery Ward, and more.
Jim is widely recognized for his experience in helping
shape the high-tech industry and has served on the
executive councils of most major computer vendors
including Intel, Microsoft, Apple and IBM. Hamilton
has been recognized in the "International Who's
Who in Business Professionals" and serves on
the Board of Industry Leaders of the Consumer Electronics
Association (CEA). Jim is currently CEO of Identity
Ventures, a global holding company with a tradition
of building diversified companies in the fields
of retail, wireless telecom, technology, global
sourcing, product development, brand building, and
real estate.
Jim holds an MBA from the University
of Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors,
from Northeastern Illinois University.
Tracy Wallingford - Advisor
With over 15 years of marketing
experience, Tracy is an accomplished leader known
for driving multi-channel revenue in companies ranging
from fast-paced startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Her passion is direct and online marketing, and
she is currently advises in these areas as a consultant
with square68.
She brings significant start-up experience,
having led marketing for companies in consumer broadband
services, e-procurement and enterprise software.
Her responsibilities have included product strategy,
positioning, branding, customer acquisition/retention,
marketing communications, channel development and
field sales and marketing. She began her career
in advertising with Ammirati Puris Lintas in New
York, and went on to lead direct marketing efforts
for her client, Compaq Computer Corporation. At
RadioShack Tracy led marketing efforts for radioshack.com
as well as licensing and packaging worldwide.
Tracy attended New York University's
Stern School of Business and is a Phi Beta Kappa
graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg,
VA with a B.A. in Economics. |
